Bena 3

Bena 3 is a compact, integrated system featuring seven relay outputs (1+1+5), ELV inputs and outputs, and a comprehensive suite of communication interfaces.

Designed for seamless compatibility with Benalla panels and various third-party accessories, it can also be networked and integrated with Benalla’s Guest Room Management System, enhancing operational awareness and efficiency.

For rooms requiring enhanced control, up to four B2KPro modules can be integrated into the system.

The Bena 3 is specifically designed for budget hotel guestrooms providing important energy-saving functions as well as room status management.

• Operates with the traditional keyswitch panel, or a combination of door contact and motion sensor(s).
• Power cut-off for room electrical appliances with lighting, dedicated electrical power sockets, and various energy-saving setbacks for air-conditioning.
• A welcome light circuit when entering the guestroom.
• Controls the fan coil unit for high, medium, low speeds; as well as heating and/or cooling control.
• Valet request, food trolley/tray removal request, etc., can also be added.
• Connects to the Benalla Guestroom Management System via physical LAN cable or in-room WIFI system.
• Connects to B2KPro control modules to extend the controls like lighting, air-conditioning, curtains etc.
